KMC X10 10 Speed Chain Review:

This hairpin design with a 1/2×11/128″ Internal Pin makes it perfect for a MTB chain with odd front derailleur ratios. This chain will fit Campagnolo, SRAM, and Shimano 10 speed sets.

  • In-line design
  • Very high-quality
  • Not lots of moving parts
  • Heats up and stays true even at high speeds
  • GT-Pro Race-Face Style Z-bend
  • Lighter than a standard road chain
  • Excellent shifting performance
  • Perfect for racing, especially on road courses and around town

KMC’s X10 is excellent for mountain bikes in terms of designed and quality, however it isn’t ideal for road use due to its weight and undesirable shifting performance, which makes it an expensive option if you plan to ride far. If I was going to get only one chain and was on a budget, I’d go with this. If I was going to ride far and cycle a lot, I’d go for the SRAM AX 1045 chain where weight is a lot less of an issue.

KMC X12 Fleet/X-Bike 10 Speed Rear Wheel Chain:

This brand has been around for a long time now and is a high end brand that sells high quality components for bikes. I went with this company as I wanted a chain with less adjustment and higher resale value.

The KMC X10 rear wheel chain is just what you want when you are riding on the road. It’s easy to adjust and has a great friction tooth design. This chain is not very expensive and has a quality feel and looks, which is essential for a high-quality chain.

This chain is just what you want when you are riding on the road. It’s easy to adjust and has a great friction tooth design. The chain cost quite a bit but is worth it if you are planning to ride far, because of weight saving and shifting differences.

These chains are by no means complete replacements for your old chain, but they are more than adequate in performance. They are a great option for a replacement chain and a great addition to any bike.

The only thing about them that is an issue is the shifting. These chains work on a different level to your standard road bike chain. I learned that the hard way when riding a lot and going through the gears. In this section, I tried to poke a little at it, but the shifting is on another level.

This is a great high-quality rear wheel chain. It also has reasonable pricing and is best for riding around town. I don’t ride a lot on road, but I do ride plenty down town. They don’t shift too bad, and the finish is great.

This is a typical low-end chain in terms of design and quality. I would only have it for riding with strong-jumping friends or for commuting. These have been around for a few years now and are still in stock, so you don’t have to worry about their lifespan. However, if you are looking for a low price chain, this will do the job and hold up for the next few minutes.

KMC X12 Rear Chain Review:

This chain should be excellent for having the highest number of links and smooth shifting. The chain uses a minimal amount of parts, and is a perfect example of how high-end a chain can be. The look of the chain is great and the ring is also coated with a company made pro-trace (moisture resistant) very durable anti-corrosion paint.

The clutch is also great in performance and it’s smooth and quiet when shifting. There isn’t an overly powerful clutch, but it is quite good.

This bike is great for riding down town as it’s not very expensive and the parts cost are very cheap. KMC X12 rear chain is also great for all seasons as it’s coated with a pro-trait anti-corrosion finish and can handle anywhere from 10-35 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s a perfect choice for long rides that go all the way.

This bike is called X12 and it is the tenth generation of the X series which is what made the chain was developed for the purposes of bike shifting. It uses a lot of parts and is the tenth generation of the X series which means that the technology that separates it as being a premium tier part is improved. The chain was developed for the purposes of bike shifting and is perfect for rides on the road or around town. KMC X12 rear chain is a great and affordable option, and it’s great if you want a bike that you can ride daily.

This chain is best for riding on the road and if you just want a proper derailleur chain. The price point is around $55 which is a little high, but the two features that this chain has going for it are its light weight, the smoothly shifting chains and non-directional. The price point is also high if you are a MTB rider, but internal pin routing is standard for Shimano.
